What is Slow Living?
Slow living is about unwinding and relaxing while setting intentions to be present with ones self. It’s about slowing down to notice the little things we often over look or take for granted.
Nowadays it’s too easy to get swept into the chaotic flow of everything and everyone rushing around us that we often walk with blinders on. We unintentionally ignore and overlook what’s right in front of us!
But don’t worry, I’m guilty of it too.
The truth is, time flies and if you’re in a constant state of feeling rushed you’ll miss the pieces of your life that matter the most.

Slow living is not about passive behavior or inaction either. It’s about making conscious choices and being more aware of the life you want to live while giving your body and mind a break.
